Collecting and processing data

A log entry is made every time our website is accessed or a file stored on the site is retrieved. The data are saved solely for internal purposes related to the system and statistics. Records are kept of the name of the file retrieved, the date and time of retrieval, the data volume transferred, whether the retrieval was successful, the web browser used and the domain making the request.

Records are also kept of the IP address of the computer making the request.

More detailed personal data are only recorded if you provide such data of your own accord, e.g. when making an enquiry or registering.

Use and disclosure of personal data

If you provide us with personal data, we will only use that data to answer your enquiry, execute contracts concluded with you and carry out technical administrative duties.

The stored personal data are deleted if you withdraw your consent to their storage, if they are no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which they were stored, or if their storage is not permitted for other legal reasons.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the case of infringements of data protection law, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority responsible for data protection issues is the data protection officer for the federal state in which our company is based.
